ORDINANCE NO. 498
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 493 , ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LODI REGULATING TRAFFIC
UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND REPEALING ORDINANCES
NONS. 64, 137, 222, 233, 446 AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES
AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH".
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 200 of Ordinance No. 493 is hereby
repealed and the following is substituted therefor:
WSec. 200. All Night Parking Prohibited. In accor-
dance with Sec. 152, no person shall stop, stand or park a
vehicle for a period of time longer than 30 minutes between
the hours of 2:OO a.m. and 4:OO a.m. of any day upon any of
the streets within the corporate limits of the City of Lodi.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published one time
in the WLodi News-Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and
shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after
its passage.

introduced in regular meeting of said City Council held
October 7, 1953, and was thereafter passed, adopted and
ordered to print at an adjourned sesionof the City Council
held October 28, 1953, by the following vote:
AYLS: Councilmen - Hillman, Rinn, nobinson, and
NOES: Councilmen - Preszler
ABSENT: Councilmen - None
