CITY OF LODI ATJD THEREBY REZONING A PORTION
OF LOT 13, BURR'S ADDITION, TO BE IN TKE
R-2 ZONE
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi,
adopted by Section 2 af Ordinance No. 469 (Zoning Ordinance), is
hereby amended and the properties hereinafter described reclassi-
fied and rezoned from their present classification as being in
the R-3 and R-4 Residence District to be in the R-2 Residence
District, viz :
k portion of Lot 13, as said lot is designated on the
map entitled, "Map of Burr's Addition to the Town of
Lodi", which map was filed with the Recorder of San
Joaquin County on September 5, 1887, said portion of
Lot 13 being also Lots 1 through 14 of the Freszler
Tract, approved by the City Council of the City of Lodi on April 15, 1953.
The alterations,, changes, and amendments of said Official District IKap of the Lity of Lodi herein set forth have been
approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 4.69 of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict
may exist.
The Lodi News-Sentinel and shall be in full force and take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in
