OF LODX
WHEREAS the Boundary Comniission 'of San Joaqiiin County
did on the 10th day of OCtObQr, 1952 approve the boundary line description of the hereinafter described territory, proposed for
annexation to the City of Lodi, as to definiteness and certainty, and
WHEWkS, on the 22nd day of October, 1952 8 verified
petition requesting: the annexation of said territory ws acaepted by the City Council of the City of Lodi, together with the certificate of said City Clerk that petitioners represented
more than one-fourth of the propasty in said territ;ory bo'ch by area and by assessed value; that there are Less than twelve registered electors residing therein and that said territory is
contiguous to the 'icy of iodi. Thereupon Elesolution iio. 1704, giving notice of the propposed annexation and of a tiliie 2nd place for th@ hearing of protests against annexation, was adopted by
said City Couneil, such hearing to be held in the City Council
Chambers, City ilall, Lodi, CalifoPnia, beginning at 12:OO o'clock noon of Friday, ,i'ovsrcber 21, 1952, and
