ORDINANCE NO. 46-2
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE
VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LODI
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,
1952, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1953
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1, There is hereby appropriated and allocated from
Qfiexpended and unappropriated balances of funds in the City Trea-
sury and from anticipated income in the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 1952, and ending June 30, 1953, the following monies
for the support of the departments of the City of Lodi during
said fiscal yeas:
Council, Planning Commission and

Contingent Fund ...................... 28,000 . 00
Capital Outlay Fund .................. 25,000.00
Utility Outlay Fund .................. 50,000.00

Section 2. This ordinance shall be published one time in the
LODI NEWS-SENTINEL and shall take effect immediately thereafter,

I, HENRY A. GLAVES, JR., City Clerk of the City of
Lodi, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 461
was regularly introduced in the CXty Council of said City
on June 18, 1952, and was thereafter passed, adopted and
ordered to print by said City Council in regular meeting
held June 25, 1952, by the following vote:
AYES : Councilmen, HASKELL, ROBINSON, RINN AND RICHEY
NOES : Councilmen, NONE
ABSENT: Councilmen, PRESZLER
