WEREAS, the Boundary Commission of San Joaqufn c
on the 27th day of' December 1951 approve the boundary line des-

annexation to the City of Lodi, as to deffniteness and certainty,

Section 2, This ordinance shall be published one time in
The Lodi Times, a weekly newspaper of' general circulatlon printed
and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take
effect thfrty days from and after its passage.
Sectfon 3. Upon the effective date of this ordinance, the
City Clerk shall immediately prepare under seal a certiried copy
of the ordfnance, Riving the date of its passags, and transmit
it to the Secretary of State. He shall also comply with the pro-
visions of such statutes as may be applicable hereto to effect
the pvrpoaes hereof'.
