HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 451In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California ORDINANCE NO. 4.51 AMENDING THE ZONE DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING AND 8 OF HUTCHINS HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION TO LODI TO BE IN THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ZONE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS NAMED HERE1 N . RECLASSIFYING LOTS 15 AND 16 IN BLOCK The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Zone District Map of the Gity of Lodi adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 238, as amended, is hereby further amended and the properties hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from their present classification as being in the One and Two Family Residence District Zone to be in the COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ZONE, viz: EACH OF LOTS FIFTEEN (15) AND SIXTEEN (16) IN BLOCK EIGHT (El) AS SAID LOTS ARE DELINEATED AND SO DESIG- NATED ON THE OFFICIAL IUP'OF HUTCHINS HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION TO LODI, PROVIDED, THAT NO BUILDING ERECTED ON SAID LOT 16 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OR MAINTAINED CLOSER THAN THIRTY-SEVEN (37) FEET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, WHICH IS THE CENTER LINE OF WEST LODI AVENUE. The alterations, changes and amendments made herein are . made after hearings duly had before the City Planning Commission and the City Council of the City of Lodi and in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 238 and laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict may exist. Ord: No. 51 - 2 Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in The Lodi Times, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in full force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval APPROVED this 2nd day of JANUBRP, 1952 Attest : A I, J.
