ORDINANCE NO.. 446
MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO MAKE A "U" TURN AT CERTAIN STREET INTERSECTIONS IN THE CITY
OF LODI; DEFINING lV1f TURN AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 233 ADOPTED MARCH 15, 1937
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine
not exceeding $500.00 or by imprisonment in the County jail. for a
term of three months or by both such fine and imprisonment for any
person to qake a cTJw turn at any of the following street ipter-
sections or between any of said intersections:

SACRAMENTO AND PINE STREETS
SCHOOL AND LOCUST STREETS

A "U" turn is hereby defined as a turn made by a vehicle
operator so that the veh

INTERSECTIONS IN THE CITY OF LODITT is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in
the Lodi Times and shall be in force and take effect thirty days
from its passage and on the erection of signs prohibiting rfU"
turns at the above named intersections,

in regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi, held
August 1, 1951, and was passed, adopted and ordered to print at a
