ORDINANCE NO. 443
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE
VARIOUS DEPARTBENTS OF THE CITY OF LODI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1951 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1952.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated and allocated from
unexpended and unappropriated balances of funds in the City Treasury
and from expected income in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1951
and ending June 30, 1952, the following moneys for the support of
the departments of the City of Lodi during said fiscal year, viz:

Section 2. Of the total amount set forth in Section 1 of this
ordinance, it is reasonably expected that the sum of $1,094,650.00
will accrue from unexpended balances of previous years, from collec-
tions of delinquent taxes and from sources other than taxes, therefore,
It is hereby found, determined and declared that the difference
between said sum of $1,298,848.50 and $1,094,650.00, to wit, the sum
of $204,198.50 will be necessary to be raised by property taxes to
support the various departments of the City of Lodi for the fiscal
year beginnihg July 1, 1951 and ending June 30, 1952,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in The
s.rmd shall take effect immediatelv.
