AYERS ADDITION NO. in, n CORINTH ADDITION ADDITION INITIALLY ZONING SAID ADDITIONS; AND REZONI~G A PARCEL OF LAND ON TEE SOUTH- AND 11 FAIRMONT PARK !mST CORNER OF LOCKEFORD STRFXT AND CALIF- ORNIA STREET TO BE IN THE COMMERCIAL EISTRICT ZONE. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as Section 1. The Zone District Map of the City of Lodi follows: adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 238 as amended, shall be further amended by adding thereto the foliowing territories annexed to this City Since the adoption of 0rdinance.No. 386 on April 20 1949 and said territories shall be classified and zoned in'the manner and to the extent hereinafter set forth after each of the several names under which the same were annexed to the City of Lodi, to wit: (1) GRANT AVENUE ADDITION - 13.45 acres, more or less on the Southwest corner of Louie and Grant Avenues, more particularly described in Ordinance No. 398 adopted September 21, 1949, Ap- proving the Annexation of Grant Avenue Addition to the City of Lodi, California, to be in the ONE AND TYIO FANILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT ZONE. (2) M. F. AYERS ADDITION NO. 1 - Comprising Lot Nine (9) of the Gerard Tract ) more particularly described in Ordinance No. 403, Approving the Annexation of Certain Uninhabited Territory in San' Joaqu+n County desi nated-as W. F. Ayers Addition No. 1" to the City of Lodi, Cafifornia, to be in the ONE ANE T!f!O FAEJIILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT ZONE. (3) CORINTH ADDITION - 56.8 acres, more or less in the Southwest One-quarter of Section 2, Township 3 North , Range 6 East , more particularly described in Ordinance No. 4-04. Approving the Annex- ation of Corinth Addition to the City of Lodi, California, to be in the ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT ZONE. (4) FAIRTlONT PARK ADDITION - 20.6 acres, more or less at the Southeast corner of Ham Lane and West Lockeford Street, more particularly described in Ordinance No. 4-06 , Approving the An- nexation of nFairmont Park Addition" to the City of Lodi, Calif- ornia, adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi, February 1, 1950, to be in the ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT ZONE. Section 2. The said Zone District; Map shall be further amended, and from the effective date of this ordinance, the following described tract of land shall be reclassified and re- zoned to be in the COMMERCIAL DISTRICT ZONE, viz: Beginning on the intersection of the west line of North California Street with the south line of West Lockeford Street; thence West along the said south line 159.2 feet, thence Southerly 152 feet, more or less to a point 14.7 feet westerly from the west line of North California Street, thence Easterly 14.7 feet to a point on the west line of North California Street which is 143.7 feet southerly from the south line of Lockeford Street, thence Northerly on and along the west line of North California Street to the point of beginning, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and a portion of Lot 5 of Barbour Tract. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in The Lodi Times, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and ublished in this Cit and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from its finay’passage.
