AN ORDINANCE AFENDING SECTION I OF ORDIIUNCE NI). 287 ENTITLED
"All ORDINAIQE &ENDING ORDINANCE l?O. 275 EXMTI;ED 'AN ORDINANCE
AMEITDIhP: ORDI~-CE NO. 250 RELATING To AUTONIOBIIS TRAFFIC ON
TXE STREETS OF LODI'".
The City Council of the Gity of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. section 1 of Ordimnce ho. 287 entitled as set forth in
the title of this ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1.
Ordinance Ho. 275, entitled frAn Ordinance Amending Ordinance Iilo. 250 Relating
to Automobile Traffic on the streets of Lodin is hereby amended by adding thereto
a new paragraph following paragraph (i), said new paragraph to be lettered (jJ
and to read as follows:

When traveling in an Easterly or Westerly direction before
crossing the Easterly or Viesterly property lines of Hutchins Street, provided that
at the intersection of Hutchins Street and West Pine street, automobile or
other trafficr shall stop before entering West Pine street.
Section 2. 'ibis Ordinance shall be published one time inn The Lcdi
Times" and shall take,.effect on the erection of **Stopn signs required by Section
471 of the vehicle Gode of this State at the street intersections designated
herein. This ordinance is a restatement and clarification of existing ordinances
poviding added precautions against accidents at street intersections.
