The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Zone District Baap of the City of Lodi adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 238, as amended, is hereby further mended and the property hereinafter described, shall, fromthe effective date of this ordinance be reclassified and rezoned to be in the Commercial District Zone, viz : THE NORTERGY SIXTY-SEVEPT (67) FEE!l! OF THE EASTWLP ONE HONDHeD FORTY (140) FEET OF LOT 30 AS SAID LOT IS DELINEATED AM) SO DESIGNATED ON !EB OFFICIAL I" OF TEB LODI "UBT TRACT. This Ordinance is adopted after public hearings held before the City Planning Commission and this City Council and the proceedings there- fore were initiated by a peBt,,tkon signed by the owners of not less than sixty percent of the frontage of the property within four hundxed feet of the property affected hereby. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published one time in The Lodi Times and shall be passage and approval. Approved this in full force and effect thirty days frcan its 16th day of March, 1948. &YL City Clerk -+J I. J. F.
