HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 365In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California ORDINANCE NO. 365 AN ORDINANCE AtGNDIMG THF; ZONE DISTRICT MBP OF TH3 CITY OF LODI BY ADDING -0 WOODLAKE TRACT, SPEBRY ADDITION, KRIEGER AD- DITION, TUFNAGE ADDITION, BALLEIWYNE ADDITION, WALNUT ORCHARD ADDITION, XQdORIAL HOSPITAL ADDITION, MOFiENZ ADDITION, BWD LAKE STREF3 ADDITION, CIASSIFPING AND ZONING THE PROPERTIES THEREIN AND ALSO ZONING RWSON TP,ACT ( LOT 52 OF L€DI BARNHllRT TRACT). The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Zone District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 238 as amended, shall be further amended by adding thereto the follovdm territories annexed to and made part of this City and the same shall be classified and zoned in the manner and to the extent set forth here- in after each of the names of said annexed territories, to-wit: (1) WOODLAKE TRACT, annexation effective October I.&, 1946. 1 to &I+ as delineated on the official map of this tract shall be zoned and classified to be in the "One and Two Family Residence District Zone." (2) included within the boundaries of this addition shall be classified and Each of Lots SPERFLY ADDITION, annexation effective November 18, 1946. All the lands zoned to be in the "Industrial District Zone." (3) KRIEGEEi ADDITION, annexation effective December 16, 1946. All the lands included within the boundaries of this addition shall be classified and zoned to be in the Wommercial District Z0ne.n (4) TURNAGE ADDITION, annexation effective January 13, 1947. Each of Lots 1 to 27, both inclusive as shorn on the official map of Turnage Subdivision shall be classified and aonpd to be in the "Comnercial District Zone," provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to allow the con- struction of buildings north of the "Building Linetf displayed on said official map nor less than fifteen (15) feet from the east line of YBanut Avenue. (5) lands so annexed shall be classified and zoned to be in the !!One and Two Family Residence District Zone.11 BAUENTYNE ADDITION, annexation effective July 17, 19.47. Each of Lots 1 to 40, both inclusive, as they are displayed on the official map of lQ?alnut Orchard Tract" and a parcel of land bounded Southerly by the e $ section line, Easterly by Lloyd Street, Northerly by the south line of said Lot 40, and Westerly by the east line of Lot &l In said Walnut Orchard Tract and its southerly extension shall be classified and zoned to be in the Vne and Two Family Residence District Zonetf and each of Lots &l, 42, and 43 of said Tract and the parcel of land lying North of the north lines of Lots 43 and 38 and West of the west line of Lot 37 in said Subdivision, shall be classified and zoned to be in the f%mmercial District (7) NEbIOFLCAL HOSPITAL ADDITION, annexation effective December 31, 1947. All of the lands comprising this addition shall be classified and zoned to be in the Qfultiple Family Residence District Zottett and a use pernit shall and is hereby granted for the use of these lands as a hospital or sanitarium under the provisions of Section 4-1.222 of Ordinance No. 238, the effective date of such use permit to be coincidental with the date upon which the zoning herein ordained becomes effective. (8) MOFENZ ADDITION, annexation approved by Ordinance No. 357, adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi, December 3, 1947. Each of Lots 1 to 2l+ of nMorenz Tract" as per the official map of said tract and the North 13.7 feet of Lot 4 of the %erard Tractn comprising all of this addition shall be classified and zoned to be in the Wultiple Family Residence District Zone.11 (9) City Council of the City of Lodi, adopted December 3, 1947. Each of Lots 16 and 17 of the "Gerard Tractn (excepting the south six feet of the west LAKE STREET ADDITION, annexation approved by Ordinance No. 358 of the one acre of Lot 17), comprising all the lands in this addition shall be classified and zoned to be in the "One axxi Two Family Residence District Zone. Reference is here made to the proceedings taken for the annexation of the above territories for a further description thereof. BE IT FURTHER OFtDBINED that "Ruminson Tract" a subdivision of Lat 52 of the Lodi Barnhart Tract be displayed on said Zone District Hap and the lands therein and the improvements thereon zoned and classified to be in the One and Two Family Residence District Zone. This ordinance is passed and adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Law of 1917 (Act 994, Deering General Laws), and Section 13 of Ordinance No. 238 (Zodng Ordinance) of the City of Lodi and after public hearings had before the City Planning Commission and the City Council of this city of Lodi. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published one time in the Lodi Times after its passage and shall be in force and take effect at the time and in the manner provided by law. ----------o---------- Approved this 3rd day of March, 1948.
