The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The IlZone District Eap of the City of Lodi” adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance no. 238, as amended, shall be further altered, amended and changed by adding thereto the territory annexed to the City of Lodi on July 17, 1947 as CAIN-HAZARD ADDITION, which territory, in- cluding Lots One (1) to Forty-two (42) of Cai.nar-d Subdivision, is here- by zoned and classified to be within the One and Two Family Residence District Zone as said zone is defined by the provisions of Ordinvlce No. 238 (Zoning Ordinance) of this City. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herekith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordiiiance shall be published one time after its passage in The Lodi Times and shall be in force and take effect thirty days after its fLnd passage and a2proval. BLAKELY, City Clerk of the City of Lodi and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council thereof, do hereby cerbify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 3.56 was regularly introduced at adjourned regular meeting of said City Council held October 22, 1947 and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said City Council held November 5, 1947 by the following Vote: OFD 356 - 2 AYES : Councilmen, Haskell.
