The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The "Zone District &lap of the City of Loditf adopted by
Section 2 of OrdEnance ?lo. 238, as heretofore amended, shall be further
altered, mended and changed and the properties hereinafter described
shall be rezoned and reclassified from and after the effective date of
this ordinance in the manner and to the extent also hereinafter set forth,
viz :

A map of the subdivision mentioned herein is on file and of record
in the office of the County Recorder of San .Joaquin County and copies of
Ordinance No. 238 of the City of Lodi and of the Zone District Hap men-
tioned herein are of record ir, the office of the City Clerk of this City.
The amenr6nents to the said Zone District Map of the City of Lodi set
forth herein have been approvt d after public hearings had in confa-mity
with the zoning ordinances of this City and the laws of the State of
California applicable thereto.
Section 2. K11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shzll be pblished one time in the Lodi
Times, the offlcial newspaFer of this City, and shall be in force and takp
effect at the time and in the manner provided by law.
