1' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 250 E~ELAT-
ALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES
The City Council of the City of bdi does ordain as follows :
Section lo Ordinance No, 275 entitled as above set forth is hereby
amended as to subsection (f) add& to Orknance No, 250 by said 0rdinance
No. 275 so that said subsection (f) shall hereafter read as follows:
(f) When traveling in an Easterly or Westerly direction before
crossing the easterly or westerly property lines of Central Avenue South
of Pine Street,
Section 2* East Elm Street is hereby designated to be a through
highway mithin the meaning of Section 82*5 of the Vehicle Code of this
State and this section shall became operative on the erection of stop
signs at all intersections of other streets with said East Elm Street,
that is, at Main Street, at Stockton Street, at Washington Street, at
North Central Avenue and at Garfield Street,
Section 30 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflich herewith
axe hereby repealed in so far 1f8 such conflict may exist,
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published one time in The bdi Times
and shall be in force and take effect at the time and in the manner
provided herein and by law.
