HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 327In the City Council, City of Lodi, Lodi, California, ORDINANCE NO. 322, 'the City Council of the City of Lodi in confolrnity with the provisions of ordinance and the laws of the State of California, Section 2, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, in so far as such conflict may exist, are hereby repealedo Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in THE LODI TIMES and shall be in force and take effect thirty days frm its final passage and approval. AN ORDINANCE AB6E;NDING ORDINANCE NO. 238 OF THE CITY OF LOD1,AND REZONING AND RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN LANDS LYING BETWEEN SOUTH CHURCH STREET AND SOUTH HUTCHINS STREET PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1, The Zone District Map It of the City of Iadi as adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 238 of this City, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended to reclassify and rezone the following des- cribed lands to be in the It One and Two Family Residence District Zone It ALL THAT REAL PROPERTY NOW ZONED AS BEING IN THE " MULTI- FAMILY FfESIDEATCE DISTRICT ZONEPBY THE PROVISIONS OF OFINANCE NO. 238 OF THE CITY OF LODI LYING BET" SOUTH CHURCH STREET AND QUIMBY AVENUE (SOUTH HUTCHINS STREET), SUBDIVISION NO. 2 I' , NORTH 0F"BECfWWCS SUEDIVISION OF A NORTH OF " KESSEL PORTION OF THE SW$ OF SECTION 12, T3N, R6E" AND SOUTH OF STUW STREET IN STURLA SCHOOL ADDITION It Maps referred to in this ordinance are on file ES and of record in the office of the County Recorder of San Jo@ County.
