AN ORDINANCE ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
PLEASANT AVENUE MORTH OF FROEXNEXT SUBDIVISION *.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain its follows:
Section 1, After public hearings had before the City Planning
Commission of the City of hdi and before the City Council of this
City, notice of said hearings-hwea been given by publication and
posting of notices thereof, this City Council hereby finds, determines
and declares the following described portion of a public street,
hereinafter described, is unnecessary for present or prospective
having
street purposes and hereby orders that the same be vacated, all in
accordance with proceedings heretofore hadpursuant to the provisions
of the Street Vacation Act of 1941 as amended, to wit:
(20) THE EASTERLY TYBNTY (20) FEET AND THE WESTEXLY T”llrE;NTy
OF THAT PART OF PI;EASWT AVENUE LYING BETREEN THE MOR!EI OF
FRQEHNBT SUBDIVISION 1’ AND THE SOUTH LINE OF %QODBFUIXZ ROAD,
ALL IN BURRrS kDDITION TO TKE TOFBN OF LODI, MAP FILED SEP- 5, 1$87 IN VOL. 1 OF MS!S AND PLATS AT PAGE 4 THEREOF, SAN JOAQUIN
COUNTY RECORDS.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be published one time after its
final passage and approval and shall be in force and take effect at
the time and in the manner provided by law, The City Clerk shall cause
a duly certified copy hereof to be filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Joquin County,
