The City Council or the City of Lodi does ordain as foll.ows:
Section 1. From and after the effective date of this
ordinance, no building or structure except public works appertain-
ing to t'ne roads aqd streets hereinafter named shal.1 be erected ,
or placed southerly from a line fifty-five (55) feet TJortherly
from the south line of section I%, Township 5 North, Kange 6
bast and extending from the west line of Cherokee Lane (State
Iii5hwa-y 4) to the east line of South Iiutchins Street (Quimby
Avenue ) .
Section 2. From and after the effective date of this
ordinance, no building or structure sliall. be erected or placed
nearer to the respective property lines on South school atreet,
So.uth Church Street, South Pleasant Avenue (Lorenz Avenue or
South Hutchins street (IQuimby Avenue) at a less distance than
$hat prescribed by Ordinance No. 238 for properties in the
"One and Two Family Residence District Zone". T'nis section
shall apply to properties in Lot 3 of A. 3. Larson's Subdivision
of a Portion of SWk of Section 12, Township 5 ITorth, b.nge 6 Sast,
to Lots 69, 70, 87, 88, 105 and 122 of Bamert subdivision, to
Lot 42 of Bewrley suburban hcres and to Lot Ib of Beckman's
Subdivision of a Portion of SVkc of Section 12, Township 3 North,
Xange 6 bast.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such
conflict may exist.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published one time
in The Lod.5 Times and shall be in force and take effect at the
t%%e and in the manner provided by law.

meeting of the City Council of said City held.
