The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The zone district map referred to in the
title of this ordinance shall be altercd, changed and amended and
the properties hereinafter d.escribed shall be rezoned and re-
classified, froa and after the effective date of this ordinance,
in the followin,- manner, to wit:
Each of Lots 69, 7u, tj7, 88, 105 and 122 in Tract L2,
Bamert Subdivision, now zoned and classified as beins in the One
and Two Family bsidence District Zone shall be rezoned and.
reclassified to be in the Commercial Uistrict Zone as defined in
Ordinance Bo. 232 of this city, and arter such rezoning, to be
subject to conditions and restrictions of public record affecting
each of these lots.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances,
particularly that part of Subsection (d) of Ordinance ifo. 257
adopted xoveinber 1, 1939, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
in so far as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time
in The Lodi Times and shall be in force and take efl'ect at the
time and in t'ne manner provided by law.
