ZONING PROPliRTIES LOCATED THEREIN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI DOES OFUIAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The "Zone District Map" referred to in the
title of this ordinance, as heretofore amended, shall be altered,
amended and changed and the properties hereinafter described shall
be rezoned and reclassified from and after the effective date of
this ordinance in the following mznner ,, to-wit :
To be in the INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ZONE - Beginning
at a point on the south line of Lot 8 in Block 3
of IIutchins Addition to Lodi 165 feet Easterly
from the east line ol" South School Street an6
runnins thence Southerly, parallel to and 165
feet easterly from the east line of South School
Street to a point on the north line of Koenig
Subdivision, thence Easterly on and along said.
north line to the east line of South Sacramento
Street in said Subdivision, thence southerly on
and along the said east line of South hacramento
Street to the south line of said ICoenig Subdivision,
thence Easterly on said south line to the west
line of the Southern Pacific Company LOO foot
main line right of way, thence llortherly on and
along said west-line to the southeast corner of
Lot 54 of Larsonfs Addition to Lodi, thence
Desterly along the south line of said Lot 34-
and the south line of Lot 8 in Block 3 of
Ilutchins Addition to Lodi to a point 165 feet
easterly from the east line of South School
Street and the point of beginning of the tract
of land herein described.
To be in the MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT ZONE
all properties lying South of the north line of
Lot 1 in Blcok 7 of Hutchins Addition to Lodi
extended easterly across South School Street and
between the east line of South School Street and
a line 165 r'eet easterly therefrom and parallel
thereto and extend.ing to $he north line of Spruce
Street.
To be in the IPTDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ZOA? - A strip of
land bordering on State Highway No. Z4., Lodi to
San Andreas, and extending Southerly to a line
beginning 180 feet Southerly from the intersection
of the south line of said State Eighwag with the
west line of Lot 11 in Live Oak Colony, Nap No. 1
and running thence N 890 50' Z to the easterly
cify limits of the City of' Lodi.

Maps of subdivisions mentioned herein are on file and.
of record in the office of the Countyl,Kecorder of San Joaquin
County and copies thereof and of the Zone District Nap" of the
City of Lodi together with copies of Ordinance No. 238
(Zoning Ordinance), may be consulted in the office of the City
Clerk and of the City hgineer of this City in their respective
offices in the City Eall, Lodi, California.
"Zone District Xap" herein set forth have been approved by the
City Planning Cormission and by this City council after hearings
held in conformity with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 238
and the laws of the State of California applicable thereto.
The alterations, cbaiGes and amendments to said
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict ]herewith, in so far as said conflict may exist, are
hereby repealed.
