The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Seotion 13 added to Ordinance No. 137 by Ordinance No, 204 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 13. It shall be unlawf'ul for any person, firm or corporation to park, permit to be parked or left standing formore than two hours continuously between eight o'clock A.X., and seven o'clock P.M., except on Sundays and Holidays, any automobile, truck or vehicle of any kind upon the following designated portions of certain streets in the City of Lodi, to wit: on Sacramento Street and on School Street between the north line of Walnut Street and the south line of Locust Street, on Church Street between the north line of Oak Street and the south line of Elm Street, on Elm Street and on Oak Street between the west line of the Southern Pacific Company one hundred foot main line right of way and the east line of Church Street and on Pine Street between the west line of the Southern Pacific Company one hundred foot main line right of way and the east line of Pleasant Avenue. Section 2. Ordinance No. 310 passed, adopted and approved July 18, 1945 is hereby repealed on the effective date of this ordinance. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published in THE LODI TLAES one time within fifteen days of its final passage and shall take effect at the time and in the manner provided by law.
