AN OJ3DINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 7, ENTITLED
THE BOUNDARY LINES OF CERTAIN ZONES AS DISPLAYED UPON
THE 'ZONE DISTRICT MAP" OF THE CITY OF LODI AS ADOPTED
BY SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 238 AND RECLASSIFY-
ING AND REZONING PROPERTIES LOCATED THEREIN"
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 23 z BY ALTERING
The City Council of.the City of Lodi does ordain as
follow 9:
Section 1. Subsection (d) of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 257 bearing the title set forth in the title hereof is
hereby amended to read as follows:
(d) All that real property and improvements thereon
bounded and described as follows shall be in the One and Two
Family Residence Zone, to wit:
Commencing on the south line of "Koenig subdivision" at a point one hundred sixty (160) feet Easterly from the east line of South school
Street and running thence South 40 42' West parallel to the east line of South School Street, to the southern city limit line, thence Westerly,
on and along said City limit line to the inter- section of the same with the easterly line of Beckman's Subdivision of a Portion of the SWk of Section 12, T31, R6E, thence Northerly on and along the east line of said Beckman's Subdivision
and its northerly production to its intersection with the north line of Kessel Subdivision No. 2, thence Easterly, on and along said north line to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet westerly from
the west property line of South Church Street,
thence Northerly, parallel to and one hundred fifty
(150) feet westerly therefrom to the north line of Lot 1 in Block 7 of Hutchins Addition to Lodi, thence Easterly, on and along said north line and
its easterly production to a point one hundred sixty five (165) feet easterly from the easterly property line of South school Street, thence Southerly,
parallel to and one hundred sixty five (165) feet easterly from said east line of South school Street to a point on the North line of the Southwest of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 6 East .
(being also the south line of ICoenig Subdivision) ,
thence Wester1 hundred sixty 9 160) feet easterly from the east line
of South school Street and the point of beginning of
the tract of land herein described.

Section 2. Subrmection (e) is hereby added to said
Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 257, to read as follows:
I (e) All that real property and improvements thereon
bounded and described as follows shall be in the Industrial
District Zone, to wit:
All those portions of Lots 2 and 3 of "A. J. Larson's
Subdivision of a Portion of the SW* of Section 12, T3N, R6E" bounded North by the south line of Koenig Subdivision, East by the west line of' Southern Pacific Company's 100 foot right of way, South bg the north line of Kettleman Lane and West by a line drawn parallel to and one hundred sixty (160) feet
easterly from the east line of South School Street and extending from the north line of Kettleman Lane to the south line of Koenig Subdivision.
(Maps of all subdivisions mentioned herein are on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of San Joaquin County, California)

and was thereafter, on the 5th day of December, 1945, passed,
adopted and ordered to print by the following vote:
