The City council of the city of Lodi, county of San Section 1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that the amount of money to be raised by taxation of all property in the City of Lodi subject to taxation for municipal purposes necessary to carry on the various departments of the City and to pay the bonded indebtednesss thereof for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1945 is as follows: For General Fund 3 78 276 85 For Library Fund 16 4 8 17 For Bond Interest & Redemption Fund 7 Oh 95 A TOTAL SUN OF $101 759 95 Joaquin, state of California, does ordain as follows: Section 2. For the purposes named in bection 1 hereof, taxes for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1945 are hereby levied on all property in the City of Lodi subject to municipal taxation at the following rates on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of the assessed valuation thereof as assessed and equalized by the County or" San Joaquin, State of California, viz: For General Fund at a tax rate of .... 9 1 00 For Library Fund at a tax rate of .... 21 For Bond Interest (?; Redemption oq Fund at a tax rate of ............
