ORDINANCE NO. 302
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE
RAISED BY TAXATION AND THE RATE OR RATES OF
TAX THEREFOm NECESSARY TO CARRY ON THE VARI-
OUS DEPARTMENTS OF TlEIE CITY OF LODI AND TO PAY THE BONDED INDEBTDNESS OF THE CITY OF LODI
FOR TIE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1944.
The City Council of the City of Lodi, County of San
Joaquin, State of California, does ordain as follows:
Section 1. It is hereby found, determined and declared
that the amount of money to be raised by taxation of all property
in the City of Lodi subject to taxation for municipal purposes
necessary to carry on the various departments of the City and to
pay the bonded indebtedness thereof for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 194.4 is as follows:
For General Fund ........................
For Library Fund ........................ $+t;;:Ji
For Bond Interest & Redemption Fund .....
A TOTAL SUM OF .....................
Section 2.
$ 74,998.55
$ 97,498.11
For the purposes named in Section 1 hereof,
taxes for the fiscal year beginning July 1, l9&, are hereby
levied on all property in the City of Lodi subject to municipal taxation at the following rates on each one hundred dollars
(#lOO.OO) of the assessed valuation thereof as assessed and
equalized by the County of San Joaquin, State of Callfornia, viz:
For General Fund at a tax rate of ....... $ 1.00 For Library Fund at a tax rate of ....... .20
For Bond Interest & Redemption Fund at .. .10
A TOgAL TAX RATE OF ................ $ 1.30

Ordinance No. 302 was approved by the Mayor on the
date of its adoption.
