The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1, Taxes in provision of revenue for the fiscal par
beginning July 1, 1943 are hereby levied on all property in the
City of bdi subject to nunicipal taxation assessed as of U:OO
Noon of Monday, March 1, 1943 at the'folloiving rates on each one
hundred dollars of assessed valuation for the purposes hereinafter
named, viz:
For Gl3"G FUND. . . . . . . at the rate of $ 0.70
For LIBRARY FUND. . . . . . st the rate of $ 0.20
For BOND DE2dFTTON & I%TEREST st the rate of$ 0.10
A TOTAL TP3I RKJX OF $ '1.00
Section 2, This ordinance shall be published one time in
THE LODI TIlES, B newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and. shall be in force and take
effect at the time and in the manner provided by law,
