AN ORDINANCE LEVYING TAXES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 19&2
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Taxes in provision of revenue for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 1942 are hereby levied on a11
property in the City of Lodi subject to municipal taxation and
assessed as of 12 o'clock NOON of the first Monday in Niarch,
1942 at the following rates on each one hundred dollars of
assessed valuation and for the purposes hereinafter named, viz:
FOR GEIJERAL FUND at the rate of .............. $ 0.65
FOR LIBRARY FUKD at the rate of .............. 0.20
FOR BOND REDEKPTIQN INTEREST at the rate of... 0.15
A TOTAL UTE OF ......................... $ 1.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published- one
time in TEE LODI TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force
and take effect at the time and in the manner provided by law.
