hereby finds that it is inconvenient and dffficult, if not

Seetton 5. Every person, partnership, assoelation, firm
or corporation violating any US the provisions of this ordinance,
or doing any act or thing harein dealared to be unlawful, shall
be deemed guilty of a mlsdemeanor, and upon convicbfon thereof
