I The City Council of e City of Lodi does ordain as follows : Section 1: - T of the City of Lodi, made part of'Ordinance No. 238 by Section 2 of said ordinance as amended is hereby amended ancT the p&pe ereihafter are hereby rezohed and reclassified or inieially zoned ied in the following manner, to-wit: ach of Lots Seven (7) :and Eight. (2) That portion of the SE & of Section 6, T3N, R7E lying between the center line running North and South through said Section and a line 321.2 feet Easterly therefrom and parallel thereto and extending from State Highway 24 to Pope Avenue, except a parcel one hundred feet square in the Northwest corner and a similar parcel one hundred feet square in the Southwest corner thereof, which two parcels are to be classified and zoncdin the Commercial District Zone. (3) Howen Subdivision: that portion of the NE & of Sect 2, T3N, R6E lying between said Howen Subdivision and the Northerly continuation of the West line of Lot Six (6) in Block 13 of Hutchins Addition to Lodi and South of Lockeford Street and all that portion of Block 13 of Hutchins Addition to Lodi annexed to the City of Lodi, January 22, 1940 as "Eleventh Addit ion" (4) All the lands included within the boundaries of that certain district annexed to the City of Lodi as "Thirteenth Addition" on March 23, 1940. The alterations, changes and amendments to the said "Zone District Map" herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission of this City and by this City council after hearings held in conformity with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 238 and the laws of the State of California applicable there t 0. -2 - Section 2: Any portion of paragraph (c) of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 257 adopted Eovember 1, 1939 relating to or affecting the classification of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 8 of Hutchins High School Addition is hereby repealed. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published one time in TKE LODI TIMES and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its final adoption and approval.
