HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 267ORDINANCE NO. 267 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 266 ADOPTED MARCH 20, 1940 AND ANiIDING ORDINANCE NO. 137, The City council of the City of Lodi does ordain as Section 1, ordinance Mo. 266 entitled *'An Urdinance follows : Amending Ordinance No. 137 of the City of Lodi, Galifornia" adopted Narch 20, 1940, is hereby repealed, Section 2, Ordinance 110. 137, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Traffic and Parking of Automobiles upon the Streets of the City of Lodi, Providing a Penalty for the Violation thereof and Hepealing all Ordinances in Conflict therewith'' is hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be known as Section 15, to read as follows: for a longer period than ten (10) minutes in any parking zone, the curb of which is marked green in accordance with Section 472 (d) of the Vehicle Code of the bitate of California.
