HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 266ORDINANCE NO. 266 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 137 OF THE CITY OF LODI, CALIFORNIA The City council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows : Ordinance 110. 137 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE: REGUUTING TRAFFIC AND PARKING OF AUTOMOBILES UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF LODI, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AhTD REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN COIJFLICT TilEFEWITH" is hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be known as Section 15, as follows: SECTION 15. - No vehicle shall be parked or left standing in any parking zone, the curb of which is marked green in accordance with Section 472 (d) of the Vehicle Code of the State of California. The spaces to be so marked, shall be designated by order of the City council. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval and the same shall be printed one time in THE LODI TINES, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi. BWLY, City Clerk of the City of Lodi do hereby certify that tne foregoing Ordinance No. 266 was regularly introduced in the City Council of said City on Wednesday, the 7th day of March, 1940 and was, thereafter and on the 20th day of March, 1940 finally passed, adopte and approved by the following vote: AYES : Councilmen, GRAFEGNA, WEIHE, CLPU~K, SP NOES: Councilmen, ~m. ABSENT: Councilmen, NONE.
