AX ORDINANCE ANLENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE XO. 218 OF TKE CITY OF LODI, BY CHANGING TAX COLLECTOR. SALARY OF THE CITY TREASURER AND EX-OFFICIO The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows : Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 218, entitled "AN ORDINABCE FIXING TI-E SALARIES AND COklPENSATION OF THld CITY CLERK AND EX-OFFICIO ASSESSOR AND OF THE CITY TREASURER AND EX-OFFICIO TAX COLLECTOR OF THE CITY OF LODI, RETEALING ORDINANCES NO. 112 and ?TO. 145 AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT BEREilVITH" is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2. The City Treasurer and ex-officio Tax Collector of said City shall (from and after the expiration of the present term of office of said official) receive a salary of One Eundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00) , per month for his services as such Treasurer and ex-officio Tax Collector, payable monthly, the salary of such officer, for term now unexpired, to remain as heretofore fixed." Section 2. This ordinance shall be published one time in The Lodi Times, a newspaper of general circulation printed and. publidhed in this city and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its final passage and adoption.
