The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as Ordinance No. 137 of the City of Lodi, entitled, "An follows: Ordinance Regulating Traffic and Parking of Automobiles Upon the Streets in the City of Lodi, Providing a Penalty for the Violation thereof, and Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict therewith" is hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be known as Section 111 as follows: Section 14 - It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park, permit to be parked or to leave standing, any automobile, truck or vehicle of any kind on the west side of North Hutchins Street from a point 150 feet south of the south line of )rest Oak Street to a point l5O feet North from the north line of West Walnut Street between the hours of 8:OO olcl'ock A. M. and 4:OO o'clock P.h. on any day during which school is in session at Lodi Union High School. The said space within vJhich parking is hereby prohibited is reserved for the use of school busses and is marked on the curbing of said portion of said street with yellow paint in conformity with section 472(b) of the Vehicle Code of this state. I hereby approve the foregoing Ordinance No. 247 this 17th day of October, 1938. I, J. F. RLAKELY, City Clerk of the City of Lodi do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance wag regularly introduced in a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi on October 3, 1938 and was thereafter regularly passed, adopted end ordered to print on October 17, 1938 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen, ef igna, Weihe, Clark, Spoon_er and Steele N OES: Councilmen, None.
