A!T CEWAIN STREET IMTERSECTIONS IN TEE CITY OF LODI.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
It shall be un?.awful to make a YI* turn within the corporate limits
of the City of Lodi at the intersection of Pine and Sacramento Streets, at the
intersection of Pine and School Streets, at the intersection of Oak and School
Streets, at the intersection of Elm and School Streets, at the intersection
of Church and Pine Streets, and at the intersection of Elm and Sacramento
Streets, or at any one of said intersections.
That within the meaning hereof a nLT" turn is defined as a turn
made by anyone operating a vehicle in such a manner that said vehicle, after
making said turn, proceeds in the opposite direction frcm that in which the
vehicle ks operating before the turn was started.
Any person violating any of the terms and conditions of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.00 or by imprisonment for a term
of not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonmsnt.
This ordinance shall be published once in the bdi News-Sentinel
and shall be in force and effect thirty days after its final passage, adoption
and publication.

foregoing Ordinance No. 233 was regularly introduced at a
regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st day of
March, 1937 and was thereafter, on the 15th day of BBaxch, 1937,
finally passed, adopted and approved by the following vote:
AYES: Counc ilmen , Graf f igna , Clark and Weihe
NOES : Councilmen, None.
ABSENT: Councilmen, Spooner and Steele.
