An Ordinance amending Section 4 of Ordinance, No. 164 of the
City of Lodi so as to provide rates for restoration of electric service and [water seyvice. I
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 164 of the City of Lodi entitled "An Ordinance
relating to the water and electrical plants of the City of Lodi,
California; providing rules and regulations for service; establish-
ing penalties for violation thereof and repealing any parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith" is .hereby amended by striking out
the last paragraph contained in Section 4 of said ordinance and in
lieu of the paragraph so stricken out, substituting the follorping,
and said City Council does hereby ordain as follows:
When electric service firnished by said City has been
discontinued said city shall make a charge of twenty-five cents to
restore each electrical service and, sin5larly a charge of seventy-
five cents shall be made to restore each water service.
This ordinance shall be published one time in The Lodl
Sentinel and shall go into effect thirty days from and after final
passage and publication.
