An Ordinance Amending "Schedule 'A'" of Section 3 of "An Ordinance
rgaling Certain Ordinances and Parts\ of Or f!nances and Establish-
i Rateslfor the Sale of Electric Energy byrthe City of LOdi."
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as
follows :
Section 1: Schedule ''A" of Section 3 of Ordinance No.
170 adopted May 20th, 1929, by said City Council is hereby amended
by striking out said Schedule "A" of said Ordinance No. 170 and
inserting in lieu thereof the following:
SCHEDULE "A"
Applicable to all Domestlc Electric Service; and also to all Commercial Electric Service if the Llghting Load does not Exceed
2 K.V. or the Combined Load does not Exceed 5 K.E.
RATE :
Service charge per meter per month ............ 506
First 30 K.W.H. per month ......... 4$ per K.T.H.
Energy Charge (to be added to service charge)
Next 40 K.W.H. per month ......... 3# per K.W.H. Next 80 K.T.H. per month ......... 24 per K.W.H.
All over 150 K.W.H. per month ........ 1$ per K.W.H.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
Single phase motors of an aggregate capacity of 6 H.P. or-less may receive service or may be combined with other services under this schedule at the option of the consumer, provided, in case of combination service, the total energy is supplied through one meter, and provided such motors shall be used for domestic
purposes only.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be published one time
in The LodS. Sentinel and shall be in f'Qnce and take effect from and
after the 1st day of November 1930,
