The City Coumil of the City of Lodi does ordain as fol- lovs : Section 1; - Ordinmce No. 1/46 of the City of Lodi adopt- ed April 21st. ,1924, is hereby repealed. Section 2. - Rate schedules for the sale of electric energy b the Cit of Lodi to be a plied to all bills render- ed on an3 after de first day of Cciober, 1928 shall be in accorciance with the following : REGUM SCHEDULE - The first 30 kilowatt-hours per kilowatt of the service factor at 4 cents per kilowatt-hour ; the next 40 kilo- watt-hours ue per kilowatbgour ; the next 80 kilowatt-hours of the service factor at 2 cents per kilowatt-hour - all above 150 kilowatt-hours of the service factor at i cent ger s a deqand c r e of 50 cents for ki3. w .t, ho eacR Eikwatt iPtE e service fac o . Each meter shall be treated as a separate service. The Xaximm Demand of a service is defined to be the greatest total watt e, ( at the fiianufacturer's rating) , connected to that service and served sim tmeously' ex- ceptirg that the wattage of heating, cookii ' 3iy if the said devices are used between-the hours of - 5 o'c ock PY. and 9 o'clock P.M. If the said devlces are not used between these hours, their wattage shall not be' iz-duded in esthating the inaximm demand of the service.
