~rn BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE crry OF LODI DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS : -
Section 1. Ordinance No. 140 of the City of Lodi is
hereby repealed.
Section 2, From and after the first day of July, 1925,
the salary and allowances made the City ldarshal and ex-officio
Superintendent of Streets shall be as hereinafter set forth,
the same to be in full for all services:-
For Salary as Marshal, the SUM of $ lh5,oo
For Salary as Street Superintendent, the sum of $ 75.00monthly,
For use of his private automobile, the sum of g5.00 monthly,
monthly,
the said sums of 8 75.00 and $z5,00 to be in addition to the sum
of $ 125,Ooto be paid him as Marshal.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the
"Lodi News"

I hereby sign and approve the foregoing ordinahce this
sixth day of July A. D. 1925.
