The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi do ordain as follows :- Section 1; In the year 1924, and in rovision of revenue for the City of Lodi for the fiscal year ge inning Ju; 1 1925, upon all the real and personal property witam said cixy taxable for municipal purposes, there is hereby levied taxes as foll-ows:- FOR GENERAL PURPOSES of said City at the rate of eighty- sgven cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed value of said taxable property: eight one hundredths cents on each one hthdred dollars of the assessed value of said taxable property; FOR LrSRaRY PURPOSES of said City at the rate of ninteen and FOR BOND €?EIEWl’ION AND IITTEREST PURPOSES of said City at the rate of fifty-three and ninety-two one hundredths cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed value of said taxable prop- erty. The aforesaid tax rate of fift -three and ninety-two one hundredths cents includes the rate for interest and redern tion of bonds issued and outstanding on the 8th da of November, $910 said bonds having been issued in the year T908, and the rate for said payments on said bonds is thirteen and ninety-two one hund- redths cents on each one hindred dollars of the taxable property apportioned as follows: FOR II\ITEREST AND REIIEIvfpTION OF SEWER BONDS OF 1908, the sum of five and fifty-two hundredths cents on each one hundred dol- lars of the assessed value of said taxable property; FOR INTEREST AND RE’DEIlPTION OF WATER & LIW BONDS OF 1908, the sum of eight and four tenths cents on each one hundred dol- lars of the assessed value of said taxable property. ”THE LODI NEWSa and shall take effect mrbe in force thirty days from and after its passage, approvd and publication; -----------o----------- Section 2.
