The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The two plus (2+) acre parcel located at the norkhwest
corner of Turner Road and Lilac Street is hereby prezoned to C-1,
Neighborhood Comercial, to ac-te a bed and breakfast inn and
restaurant.
The alterations, changes, and amadwnts of said Official
District Map of the City of Mi herein set forth have been approved
by the City Planning Catmission and by the City Council of this City
after public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter
27 of the code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of
California applicable thereto.
Section 2.
herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict my exist.
