The City Council of the City of Icdi does ordain as follows:
Section 1.
"Taves Park", a proposed 23.6 acre residential institutional and
ccmwrcial project as R-2, Single-Family Residential; R-C-P,
Residential-Camf?rcial-Professional; and C-S, Conanercial Shopping as
shown on Alternate "B" in the Final Bn6ronrnsntal Irrpact Reprt.
The alterations, changes, and mdrwnts of said Official
The property hereinafter described and known as the
District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved
by the City Planning Cdssion and by the City Council of this City
after public hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter
27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of.
