'EE CITY CKXNCIL OF THE CITY OF Iw)I IDES aRDAIN AS I33LUJNS: Section 1. - The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Lodi is hereby amended as follows: Section I. The redesignation of a portion of of the parcel at the Southeast corner of West Turner Road and Lower Sacramento Road from Comnercial to &dim Density Residential. Section 11. The redesignation of 800 South Beckman Road and 900 through 1123 East Vine Street from Light to &dim Industrial; and Section 111. The redesignation of the parcel at 1115 South Faimnt Avenue from Bledim Density Residential to Office-Institutional. .- . Section 2. - All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such cor,flict may exist. Section 3. - This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
