ORDINANCE NO. 1249
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY OF LODI THEREBY REZONING THE TEN
ACRS-EAST SIDE WINERY PROPERTY AT 1550
VICTOR ROAD, LODI, (STATE HIGHWAY 12) FROM
U-HI UNCLASSIFIED HOLDING, TO M-2,
HEAVY INDUSTRIAL
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. - The Official District Map of the City of
Lodi adopted by Section 27-2 of the City of Lodi is hereby
amended by the rezoning of the 10 acre East Side Winery
property at 1550 Victor Road, Lodi, (State Highway 12) from
U-H, Unclassified Holding, to M-2, Heavy Industrial viz:
A portion of the Northeast and Southeast Quarters of
Section 6, Township 3 North Range 7 East, Mount Diablo
Base and Meridian, being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of State
Highway 12 (Victor Road) at its intersection with the
Northerly extension of the West line of PARCEL "A" as
shown on map filed July 28, 1976 in Book 3 of Parcel
Maps, page 69, San Joaquin County Records, said point
being also a point in NOTTINGHAM ADDITION as annexed
to the City of Lodi Septzmber 21, 1977 by Resolution
- No. 4391; thence South 1 06' 00" East along the West
line of said PARCEL "A" and the existing City Limits
line to the Southwest corner of said PARCEL "A";
thence North 89O 51' 00" East, along the South line of
said PARCEL "A" and the existing City Limits line,
680.50 feet to the southeast corner of said PARCEL IIAII , thence North lo 06' 00" West along the East line
of said PARCEL "A", and the northerly extension of
said East line, to a point in the North line of said
State Highway 12 (Victor Road) ; thence South 89O 51'
00" West, along said North line, 680.50 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing 11.2 acres, more or less.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said
Official District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth
have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the
City Council of this City after public hearings held in
conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the
City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California
applicable thereto.

Section 2. - All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may
exist.
Section 3. - This ordinance shall be published one
time in the "Lodi Life and Times", a twice weekly newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi
and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and
after its passage and approval.

do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1249 was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Lodi held January 6, 1982 and was
thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a
regular meeting of said Council held January 20, 1982
by the following vote:
Ayes : Councilmen - Hughes, Pinkerton, Katnich and
McCarty
Noes : Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - Murphy
Abstain: Councilmen - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 1249 was approved
and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and
the same has been published pursuant to law.
