ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING
PORTION OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1980 AND
ENDING JUNE 30, 1981
The City Council of the City of LodT does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. - Together with estimated revenues to be
received for fiscal 1981 and the unappropriated fund and reserve
balances in the City Treasury as of June 30, 1980, there is
hereby appropriated and allocated in addition to those monies
allocated for the support of the City's Capital Improvement
Budget by Ordinance No. 1215 adopted by the Lodi City Council
on November 5, 1980, the following Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds :
Operating Budget 1980-81 - previously approved $153,450
Capital Budget 1980-81 142,300

Section 2. - All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. - This ordinance shall be published one time in
the "Lodi Life and Times", a twice weekly newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in'the City of Lodi and shall
