ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT
MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY RE-
ZONING THE 5.64 ACRE PARCEL AT THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF ALMOND DRIVE AND SOUTH CHEROKEE
LANE FROM U-HI UNCLASSIFIED HOLDING TO P-D
(20) PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 20.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted
by Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and
the property hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from its
present classification as being in U-HI Unclassified Holding to P-D
(20, Planned Development District No. 20, viz:
A portion of Lot 5 of A.J. LARSON'S SUBDIVISION OF THE N.E. 1/4
of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian, the map or plat of which is filed in Book of Official Maps
and Plats, Volume 2, page 8, San Joaquin County Records, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Cherokee Lane
with the south line of said Lot 5, said intersection being on the existing
City Limits line of the City of Lodi; thence leaving said City Limits
line, South 86O 55' 30" West along said south line of Lot 5, a distance
of 703.2 feet to the southerly production of the west line of that
certain 0.88 acre parcel shown on map of survey filed in Book of
Surveys, Volume 11, page 54, San Joaquin County Records; thence North
Oo 38' West along said southerly production, 209.4 feet to
the southwest corner of said 0.88 acre parcel; thence Norbkr 86
44' East along the south line of said 0.88 acre parcel, 175.0 feet to
the southeast corner thereof; thence North 0 38' West along the east

0 line of said 0.88 acre parcel, 60.0 feet; thence North.86 44' East,
104.5 feet; thence North 0 38' 30" West, 158.6 feet to the south line
of Almond Drive (50 feet wide), being on the aforesaid existing City
Limits line; thence along said City Limits line the following two (2)
courses:
0
(1) North 86O 44" East along said south line of Almond Drive,
423.7 feet to the west line of Cherokee Lane, and (2) southerly along
the west line of Cherokee Lane, 428.35 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 5.6 acres, more or less.
The alterations changes, and amendments of said Official District
Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City
Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public
hearings held in conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code
of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable
thereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exit.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the
"Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect
thirty days from and after its passage and approval.

certify that Ordinance No. 1208 was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Lodi held August 6, 1980 and was
thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting
Ayes: Councilmen - Hughes, McCarty, Murphy, Pinkerton
and Katnich
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - None
Abstain: Councilmen - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 1208 was approved and signed
by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been published
pursuant to law.
