ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
GENERAL PLAN WHICH ENCOMPASSES VARIOUS CHANGES
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Lodi is hereby
amended as follows:
a) the southwest corner of Almond Drive and south Cherokee Lane
is hereby rede signated as "Medium Density Residential"
b) the prpposed Lake Shore Village Subdivision which is located on
the south side of West Kettleman Lane (State Route 12), west of
the Woodbridge Irrigation District right-of-way is hereby re-
designated as ffCommercialff and "Medium Density Residential",
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repeaIed
insofar as such conflict may exit.
Section 3.
a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi
This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel",
and shall be in force and take
