HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1188ORDINANCE NO. 1188 AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE STREET EXTENSIONS OF SOUTH SACRAMENTO STREET, SOUTH OF KETTLEMAN LAND AND ANDERSON DRIVE, NORTH OF CENTURY BOULEVARD BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH CITY STANDARDS The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The street extensions of South Sacramento Street, south of Kettleman Lane and Anderson Drive, north of Century Boulevard are hereby required to be in conformance with City Standards. Section 2. Anderson Drive south of the south line of the North- west % of Section 13, T3N R6E and South Sacramento Street north of the South line of the Northwest of Section 13 shall be terminated or extended in conformance with City Standards. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval. Reimche, City Clerk of the City of Lodi, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1188 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi held January 16, 1980 and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said Council held February 6, 1980 by the following vote: Ayes : Councilmen - Hughes, Katnich, McCarty, Pinkerton and Katzakian Noes : Councilmen - None Absent: Councilmen - None Abstain: Councilmen - None I further certify that Ordinance No. 1188 was approved and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been published pursuant to law.
