HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1167' ORDINANCE NO. 1167 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LODI AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1 14 1 ENTITLED "SUBDIVISIONS" BY AMENDING SECTION 30, DEALING WITH PARCEL MAP REQUIREMENTS The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. hereby amended to read in full as follows: Section 30 of Ordinance No. 1141 of the City of Lodi is . "A parcel map shall be filed and recorded for any subdivision of four or fewer parcels or for any subdivision for which a tentative and final map is not required by the Subdivision Map Act or this ordi- nanc e . "Such parcel maps shall meet all the require- ments of the Subdivision Map Act and of this ordinance and shall show all dedications or offers of dedication the re on. "The Public Works Director of the City of Lodi may accept or reject dedications and offers of dedica- tions for streets and easements that are made on such map. II - 1- Section 2. are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval. Reimche, City Clerk of the City of Lodi, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1167 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi held February 7, 1979 and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said Council held February 2 1, 1979 by the following vote: Ayes : Councilmen - Hughes, Katnich, McCarty and Katzakian Noes : Councilmen - None Absent: Councilmen - Pinkerton I further certify that Ordinance No. 1167 was approved and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been published pursuant to law. - -.
