Sectien 10. Any person violating the previsiens Qf this grdinmce shall be deemed guilty of misdameansr, and upon ccnvictien
thereof mall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300. or by im- prisonment in the County jail of San Joqyin County, f@r a perisd
not exceeding 90 days 01: by both such fine and imprismment.
Qrdinance for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, and shall take effect immediately upcan its final passage
and publiaation.
Se&tion 12. This ordinance shall be published once in the
Lodi Seatinel, a newspaper published and circulated in sax City of Lodi .
