AN ORDINANCE MAKING IT ILLEGAL TO DRINK OR HAVE
AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN CERTAIN
PUBLIC PLACESWITHIN THE CITY ‘OF LODI.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
No person shall drink or have in his possession an Section 1.

do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1139 was introduced at
an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Lodi held March 14, 1978 and was thereafter passed,
adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said
Council held April 5, 1978 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - Hughes, Katnich, Katzakian,
McCarty and Pinkerton
