ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
DISTRICT NO.
FOR COMMERCIAL, COMMERCIAL- PROFESSIONAL
AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY
15 (P-D (15)) BY ADDING CERTAIN AREAS
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
The General Plan of the City of Lodi is hereby amended, which Section 1.
amendment is designated, "General Plan Amendment 77- 211, thereby adding
21. 5 acres designated "Commercial"; 12.4 acres designated "Commercial -
Professional"; and 3. 5 acres designated llMultiple-familyt' with the following
conditions :
a) that the Commercial area conform to the requirements of
the City's C-S, Comme rcial-Shopping District;
b) that the Professional and Business Office area conform to
to the City's C-P, Commercial-Professional District; and
__ c) that the Multiple-family be limiged to 20 units per acre and -
that these areas conform to the requirements of the City's
R-GA, Garden Apartment Residential District.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3.

that Ordinance No. 1114 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Lodi held July 6, 1977 and was thereafter passed,
adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said Council held July 20,
1977 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - EHRHARDT, HUGHES, PINKERTON, and
KATNICH

Absent: Councilmen - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 1114 was approved and signed by the Mayor
on the date of its passage and the same has been published pursuant to law.
